3 years ago, I started classes with Paola at LetsgetfitIreland with the intention of getting fit for the biggest physical challenge of my life – The Tough Mudder. I didn’t know it at the time but this would be one of the best decisions of my life! I enjoyed Paola’s classes so much that I started attending more and more and now they have become part of my weekly routine which I love and could not do without! Since July 2014, I have lost almost 2 stone but more importantly, I have learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle including exercise and healthy nutrition! I have Paola to thank for most of this! Paola is a fantastic instructor because she is always smiling, she gives every class 110% and she always takes the time to get to know her clients! Paola’s classes are always fun and energetic, they really work and I highly recommend them!
I am attending Yoga for beginners with Paola, I enjoy it so much, Paola is a lovely and gentle teacher, she slowly goes through the poses and breaks them down for you so you learn to do the poses correctly from the start, at the end of class, we have a lovely lying down meditation where it is optional to have a head massage. It is a lovely experience, I highly recommend her classes in Let’s get fit Ireland. Namaste😊
I really loved the beginner Yoga ..Paola is a very patient teacher and carefully explains and demonstrates all the movements and the meanings of each pose and then , a fantastic long relaxing Savasana at the end of each class . Highly recommended and I will be returning in January!

Just completed a six week course with Paola Looking forward to the next course I would highly recommend these yoga classes as Paola is very patient and a great teacher.
