This course is designed for the complete beginner, so there’s no need to be wary if you have no previous yoga experience. Also if you have some Yoga experience this class is suitable for you too.

WHAT IS YOGA?
The origin of YOGA comes from the Sanskrit word “UNION”
This is the intention of the practice. It can be done through chanting, breathing, meditating, or physical movement. Whatever form of yoga you practice, if your intention is to create a union of the breath, body and mind with the true nature of yourself, then you are following the roots of the yoga tradition.
Yoga is not a religion, it is a scientific discipline of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual aspects of our being.
